Support Is Important
Inevitably you will be asked for support from your end users at some time and you want to

Your system can allow them to either log a call from their branded control panel or simply to email a support email address (eg support@yourdomain.ext). Your system will automatically open a support call with a unique tracking reference, send a receipt to your client, alert you to the new request and input all details into your support database. Of course everything will be performed in your company name.
