Heritage · Active Content Platform

We were doing AI at this scale before the wave.

ACP is the thread through much of this work: AI-driven, real-time personalisation that ran in production at enterprise scale. 100 million users. A million transactions a second. Multi-lingual, multi-currency, and earned with grit, engineering excellence and the deepest kind of client trust.

We withdrew it from sale. Not because it stopped working, but because running something is how you learn what is coming for it, and we could see what was coming. The platform was never the asset. The asset is knowing what it takes to operate AI at that scale: the technology, and then the far harder part, the process and the governance that decide whether anything is allowed to run at all. Whatever the technology changes next, those problems do not go away.

What we build now

We still build. We give it away.

The platform era taught us how to build at scale, and we have not stopped. What changed is what happens next. We build where a problem is big, real and still unsolved, in the gap before the large platforms reach it. That gap always closes. While it is open, the work is better used than owned, so we release it free and open source. Our codebase intelligence engine, SocratiCode, is the most widely used of them, and it is there to be read by anyone who wants to judge us on the engineering.
